This is my response to the Masters of Song Fu prompt #2: “Write the National Anthem for a new country. A country made up of, well, people like us.”
lyrics
Hidden deep within the green forest where no-one can see,
We started our country and we've been here for hundreds of
years and we've never been discovered.
And we live off plant and trees and we do whatever we please.
You may call us primitive but I think we're the happiest on earth!
We all live together in this one great massive house
and everything is shared about.
And our children laugh and play and we join them every day,
why would we ever want to go away?
And we love to dance and sing and we do most anything.
You may call us primitive but I think we're the happiest on earth!
